Hi I have a Philips DVD player, recorder and a hard disk. (DVDR3460H)?
I would like to upgrade the software on my machine and I was placed on the Philips site to download the files, use an unzip winzip.This is where my problem begins, the site tells me to add the following, which I do not know how do.It tells me write files to disk using the file system ISO 9660 + joliet.File name length: max 11 chars = 8 3 (Level 1) Mode 2 / XA Character set: ISO 9660 (ISO CD-ROM) no multiplayer session low end write speed of the disc. As you would expect to find this information somewhat confusing. Any help would be greatly since his time appreciated.Thanks Richard.
Do not worry, just make a CD with data files and make sure the disc is closed.
